because I have decided to start blogging. It is daunting knowing that the world is ready and waiting to hear your opinion. That is what I gathered anyway since it has all these blogging sites set up.
Anywhoo, so here I am…. blogging…. this is fun… really…….. fun.
Okay, so say something…. anything… and say something while I am waiting…(anyone? Christmas Vacation, oh yeah…)
So, here is something kind of interesting: Zeke has started to use more and more words. Zeke is my kid in case you did not know or care. His new favorite is “Sponge Bob”. He loves that show! Yes, I am one of those horrible parents who lets her kid watch things like Sponge Bob or Shrek. And the other day, I caught him laughing in the appropriate moments during Shrek 1. (aka just Shrek). It was my sign from the heavens above that my son at an early age does understand the wry and sarcastic natures of cinema. My heart soared….
Going camping next weekend as our singular Harper unit. That will be great. Bringing Sam the dog and everything. It will truly be a wildnerness experience with our tent, inflattable mattress, pack n play, camping stove and grill, and the inevitable DVD player. Nothing like roughing it overnight… what? That’s not exactly roughing it? Well, tell me how many people can go 24 hours without some sort of HD apparatus or a laptop. It will be a dark wilderness indeed.
